ONE DAY MASTERCLASS
What You Will Learn
I invite you to work closely with me to design and tailor make your own personal Masterclass according to your specific photographic needs.
Together, we will work through the entire process before the shoot itself starting with the inspiration and concept development before moving onto styling, finding the right model for you, lighting the set correctly and the vital importance of creating a strong visual storytelling impact.
Then, spend the day with me in the studio and learn how I pose, capture, use the light and then edit the images in Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw using my unique painterly style techniques.
It’s not only about watching me though! You will be practicing, experimenting and deciding how your photoshoot flows throughout the entire day to ensure that you come away from the experience with an entire library of images that are totally unique to you! And, more knowledge, understanding and skill about what YOU want and how YOU can find you own personal style going forwards.

Learn how to really LOOK, THINK and FEEL like an artist so that your approach is correct before you even pick up your camera
Adobe Camera Raw to build a solid fine art painterly foundation for your image
Cropping, scaling and removing objects or distractions from the scene
Photoshop Image Adjustments, Layer Masks, Curves, Blend modes and Styles
Frequency Separation. The dark art of skin retouching!
Liquify and Transform warp tools (responsibly and realistically)
Textures, overlays, background manipulation and subtle colour grading for overall visual balance and harmony
Tricks and tips that I use to enhance my images, add a little magic dust and ultimately, help you to discover your own unique style of painterly retouching!

The cost of £595 is fully inclusive and the Masterclass can be secured with a 25% deposit. Payment plans are available upon request.
As a vital part of the Masterclass, I’ll start working with you BEFORE the day of the Masterclass photoshoot with a short questionnaire and then we will begin to work on a collaborative mood board which allows me to fully understand exactly what style of images you want to create.
